Last Tuesday my MacBook Pro (from early 2008) appeared to finally die. After some research and investigation, I was able to miraculously resurrect it by baking it (literally) in my kitchen oven per http://russell.heistuman.com/2010/04/27/cooking-the-books-or-baking-my-macbook-pro-logic-board/.
Here it is going in at 375F degrees for 7.5 minutes:
And now I am writing this post with the very same MacBook Pro…crazy!
